Traditionally, litigation has been the way to resolve disputes with mediation, facilitation and other forms of dispute resolution seen as alternatives to the court system. The goal of the presentation is to change our mindset around the use of mediation and dispute resolution. In this presentation participants will understand the benefits and limits of dispute resolution techniques. Participants will be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the principles, strategies, and tactics of dispute resolution.
