The Team as San Bernardino City Unified will outline the benefits of using the ADR process to avoid Due process complaints.  We will shine a spotlight on diversity and inclusion within the alternative dispute resolution process.  Come learn about best practices and action steps to improve diversity as well as the barriers faced by underrepresented racial and ethnic groups in entering, remaining, and advancing ADR. Learn about the four F's of ADR as we have coined it "Friendly, Fast, Free, Fair "
