Family and educator partnerships are key to student learning.  Authentic and ongoing communication, transparent processes, and shared understanding are critical to establishing and sustaining these essential partnerships.  This presentation will challenge and support organizations to leverage the CADRE Continuum to review current offerings and processes leading to innovation.  Session participants will be encouraged to engage in group discussions.  Session participants will gain knowledge to develop and implement procedures to innovate, support, and engage partnerships.
