I am the Director for Madera-Mariposa SELPA. This is my second year as the SELPA Director so I am still learning something new everyday. I began my career as an Education Specialist in a program for students with moderate to severe disabilities because I wanted to be a positive influence on the students' lives. Eleven years later, that is still my reason for working with Special Education programs.
