Dr. Rubio is in his 8th year supporting the San Bernardino City Unified School District. Before taking this position as SELPA Assistant Director, he was an Elementary School Principal, Assistant Principal, Dean of Students, and also taught at the Elementary and Middle School levels. In his 13 years as a School Administrator, he saw the significant need of providing the highest level of support to all students, especially our students with special needs. He is passionate about Leadership and supporting colleagues during this most significant time in Education.
